What You Will Learn


  • You'll learn the 5 Tai Chi breaths, which are the foundation of Tai Chi practice, and practice Tai Chi walking for balance and meditation.
  • We'll also explore basic Tai Chi movements, stances, and sitting exercises, and introduce the concept of Qi Gong for relaxation and energy flow.
  • In the second half of the course, we'll look into specific Tai Chi movements, including Cloud Hands, Brush Knee, and Twist, Grasp the Peacocks Tail, and Roll Back and Press.
  • Each movement will be broken down into easy-to-follow steps, and you'll have the opportunity to practice each movement with intention and awareness.
  • By the end of the course, you'll have a solid foundation in Tai Chi practice, and you'll be able to practice Tai Chi on your own for relaxation, stress relief, and improved flexibility.
